This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which SolaSkins collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.solaskins.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by SolaSkins.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIMES

Due to the high demand, for all shipments please refer to the following timeline for when all orders are expected to be processed:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).
    Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).
    Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays & pre-orders).

All orders typically SHIP WITHIN 2-3 DAYS from the time they begin PROCESSING, pending availability and credit card verification. SolaSkins will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS

Standard Shipping is FREE

Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 2 to 3 days depending on when the order was placed.

Express Shipping

Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders will be delivered via ground or air depending on the shipping destination zip code.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed.

Upon receipt of returned goods, SolaSkins reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
